Cook's Illustrated Taco Meat

This recipe is amazing! It takes a little more time than your old run-of-the-mill packet of taco seasoning, but it's totally worth it. Not only does it have a good amount of seasoning in the meat, it simmers in the a delicious tomato sauce that makes it extra special. I dare you to tell me it isn't the best taco meat you've ever had!
